Very neat shop. Plenty of parking but don't drive in with a trailer. I asked a young man a question and he was very helpful and knew what he was doing.

Had a lot of staff to not many customers/potential customers in-store on the day and time of my visit. In attempting to locate an item, staff passed me by even when I asked for assistance. I went to the front counter and the person there didn't look nor sound like they had a good morning thus far. I quoted the item/stock/part number from the website and they 1. said they couldn't locate it on their system, then 2. the item had been discontinued, and finally 3. said they had some in-stock but items were unavailable. They DID however tell me that there was actual stock showing in Cairns SCA.
Quite disappointing as it appears most of the other reviews are 5*. An off-day at that particular time? Nevertheless I'm sure someone is grateful they did show up at work
